A full-time real estate professional with more than 22 years of experience in project management, negotiations, identifying objectives, managing construction projects, managing expectations, problem-solving, and working with all parties in transactions to get real estate closed in a timely manner. Experience

  • Closed Real Estate Contracts - In the last 2 years, I have closed over $55 million in new-construction, resale, and investment property sales.
  • Develop Objectives and Strategies- Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies relevant to the client. Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards using relevant information and individual judgment
    to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
  • Perform Fiduciary Commitments - Through agency agreements with clients, I fulfill my duty to clients by maintaining confidentiality, providing good care, being loyal and obedient, and giving full disclosure. I also show properties, communicate, and uphold the code of ethics in business dealings.
  • Resolve Conflicts and Negotiate with Others - Handle complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances, and negotiate with others while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Establish and Maintain Interpersonal Relationships- Develop constructive, cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time. Communicate daily with all parties involved in the transaction, including customers, banks, title and insurance companies, other real estate professionals, and external sources.
  • Analyze, prepare, and deliver presentations- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources. Access media advertising services and get information from individuals.
  • Prepare/review binding legal documents - Negotiate Real Estate contracts and work for the client’s best interest while providing legal fiduciary care. Maintain Real Estate license and continuing education. Following local and state laws, rules, and regulations. Provide consultation and advice to others.
  • Update and Use Relevant Knowledge - Staying up-to-date on technology and applying new knowledge regarding contract, property, or Real Estate laws. Research economic trends to educate the client.
